About the event

Join us for an hour-long Zoom workshop on:

  • Tuesday, December 12th
  • 9:30am PST / 12:30pm EST
  • A Zoom link will be shared upon RSVPing.

You are welcome and encouraged to come prepared with questions around how to cultivate a mentally healthier holiday season.

_______

In this FREE webinar, Clinical Psychologists Brad Kallenbach and Anthony Townsend offer practical advice for cultivating a mentally healthier and happier holiday season, including:

  • How to set realistic resolutions for the New Year, and the power of creating the healthy habits and rituals to get us there, when our willpower inevitably fails
  • How to manage the social pressures of binge eating and drinking, and the biology of overindulging in substances
  • How to prepare for – and better navigate – traumatic associations and uncomfortable conversations during the holidays
  • How to communicate vulnerably with family and friends, to not be afraid to reach out and ask for help when it’s needed

______

With a combined 20+ years of experience running private practices and working in general hospitals and psychiatric units, Brad and Anthony have devoted their lives to helping people master their emotional worlds.

Brad and Anthony are also the co-founders of Eqnmt, a company on a mission to accelerate the elimination of unnecessary suffering.  The company’s first Psilocybin Therapy Retreat of 2024 will be taking place in February in Jamaica, building on their experience overseeing hundreds of psychedelic therapy journeys and successful client outcomes at a time when the need for such transformative care is stark.
